Why is there no link to view my record or add CPD activity?

Access to MyCPD is an NZVA member benefit. If your NZVA membership has lapsed then access will be revoked. If you're a current NZVA member and still can't see the link please contact us for assistance.

How many CPD points do I need?

At least 60 points over three years, a minimum of 15 points being in each of the Collegial and Continuing Veterinary Education areas.

Why do some activities show with zero points?

Some activities have a capped number of points available (usually within a three year period). When MyCPD calculates your CPD points, it takes these caps into account. Activities in which you have exceeded the cap won't attract any points.

Who do I contact for assistance?

Please email help@vets.org.nz for assistance with MyCPD.

I sometimes get emailed links to create pre-populated MyCPD activity. Who generates these?

MyCPD links can be generated by:

• NZVA members
• NZVA staff
• A CPD provider who has requested access to MyCPD

How can I create pre-populated CPD activity?

1. Create a MyCPD activity as per normal
2. At the bottom of the form click the tick box in the "share this CPD record" section
3. Enter a list of email addresses that you would like MyCPD to send a message to (you may enter just your own email address if you just want the link yourself)
4. Enter a message
5. Save the record as per normal

As a CPD provider, how can I request access to create MyCPD links

Please email shannon shannon.leader@vets.org.nz for access. Once you have access you'll be able to log into MyCPD and create links.
